Dimitri would go to Chicago if he was exiled out of London or needed a safer place to hide and plan ways to destroy his enemies. Given a straight up choice, he wouldn't leave the London because it is a great place to study. Then again between Dimitri and Justin we may have enough of a library that his studies could continue elsewhere. But the furries would be a concern.

You make incredibly convincing arguments there, and that is something to consider.
I'd just need to make Elly a more competent "leader" rather than continuing her leading by example. Then again, hearts and minds swaying tends to work well.
Still, furries...that does have me very concerned, not to mention what else may have gotten there first. But that is something worth considering.

Well if Jack would come too, you guys would have all the bases covered. As far as something being there first, it's possible, but like Peter said, Chicago isn't real big yet so there probably wouldn't be much to worry about.

You guys can go there if you want. There is one concern how to convince Scott and Seth to go without spilling everything to them. "Hey this town with a few hundred people in it must be a good place to live" is not going to work. Plus with all this talk about furries I am worried we may give the gamers forums some interesting ads.

They can yiff in hell, as I hope there aren't ads for them.
But you are also right. There are so few who actually know where we're from...and that is going to be a dangerous secret soon enough. So many decisions! Exacting revenge on Alistair would be a lot harder from Chicago. Then again, being Prince would make some things easier.
But Elly as a Prince? That just seems odd to me. It'd be fun, though.

Well, if it helps any, my new character would probably be willing to head to Chicago with the coterie, assuming Brandon approves her of course.
BTW, sorry I wasn't at last session; Katsucon kind of ate my weekend. What did I miss, aside from Scott's new character? For that matter, what is Scott's new character?

You didn't miss too much, nothing significant happened besides introducing my character to Jack and Justin. My new character is a Tzmisce Koldunic sorcerer.
BTW you're first character didn't die did he?

Technically he didn't die, but he probably got himself ashed offscreen as a result of his habit for annoying much more powerful supernaturals.
A Cam Tzimisce? That should be fun. Although I like my new character; she'll be showing up tomorrow. Dare I ask why the party is considering heading to Chicago, though? And what was the fallout in the city from our old characters ashing each other?

Well he's more independent, I wouldn't really say he's Cam at all. He's basically in London because it is not Sabbat.
The Chicago thing is all theoretical, and probably unlikely because I don't know how they would convince our characters to go there.
And as far as fall out goes, the only thing that really happened was the elimination of the Scourge position due to so many dying.

Well, my new character would probably be up for some travelling; she's new in town, so she doesn't have any particular attachments to London.
Also, the opportunity Chicago offers to your character would be a chance to study the furries. And by "study" I mean "capture and experiment on".
So what is your new character like, minus any backstory bits you don't want other players to know?

My character wouldn't be very interested in furries, his focus is socery. Other then that he is former Sabbat because his sire was. When his sire died, he no longer felt tied to them and does not agree with their methods, and thus he defected.
As far as other tidbits, he wants no one to know what he is, thus he tries to appear as harmless and polite as possible. Also, he wants take down the Sabbat, he doesn't think too highly of them or his Tzimisce bretheren who are with them.

So how are your character and Peter's getting along? And what's Greg's character up to now that his Italian sojourn has ended?

They get along pretty well in the fact that they are research buddies. Greg is getting back into London's hierarchy, and is possibly going on the Path of Kings.

Wow, how'd he lose the Humanity? Spend too much time with the Necrophiles?

He hasn't lost that much yet, but he's thinking about doing it. He'll probably fill you in tommorow.
